Managing the User account

This section describes how you can modify information related to your ARMT user account and subscribe to various device notifications.  To manage the ARMT user account, click on the Settings drop-down at the top left of the panel, then select Account.

This will display the following information panel:

The panel allows you to:

  • Modify the ARMT user name associated with the account
  • Change the e-mail address for the account. This email address is used by the ARMT tool to send notification alerts. Only one email address can be entered. If you would like the notification to go to more than one person, create an email distribution list and include the distribution list's email address here.
  • Set the user's time zone, so that all data is displayed in local time.
  • Enable the clock in the menu bar, determine whether the geographic Map displays should be made available, and whether the location of cellular devices should appear on the map.

Once all the desired information has been entered or changed, click Save Changes to save the information.

Information Tab

The Information tab includes the following:

  • Name: The name of user account.
  • Email: The account email address to which ARMT sends notifications and alerts.
  • Time Zone: Time zone for the user.
  • Options: Allows you to set the following options:

Enable Maps: Turns on map displays.

Show Cellular Locations on Maps: Shows cellular devices on map displays.

Display Current Time In Menu: Displays current time in menus.

API Access Tab

The API Access tab allows you to generate an API token for API access.
