Installation
- Unpack the box and verify that the items listed above are all included.
- Hand tighten the two antennas to the brass antenna connecters on the back of the device.
- Insert an activated SIM card or USB modem for cellular connectivity.
- Secure the power cord to the 19V socket.
NOTE: Make sure the locking clip on the power plug is pointed upward.
- Insert the included Ethernet cable into WAN Port 1 and to a LAN port on your DSL or Cable modem or gateway (if available).
- Wait until the Power, Online, and VPN lights are steady green (not blinking) on the VPN Gateway’s front panel. See page 4 for cellular status indicators.
- Your VPN Gateway is now connected to the GBT network and is ready for use. Continue reading if cellular configuration is required.
- Using an Ethernet cable, connect your PC / Laptop to LAN Port 1.
- Turn the page for network configuration, including primary or failover cellular access.
