The VPN Gateway syncs its configuration with the network as soon as it receives an IP address  failover settings will be obtained at this time. Follow these steps to confirm backup Internet access:

1. Open your web browser.
2. Navigate to: attvpngateway.att.com.
3. Authenticate if required.
4. Click on the Control Panel navigation icon.
